We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

• Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking — unless your tour is within 60 days.

• More than 60 days before your tour? We’ll refund 75% of what you paid.

• Between 30 and 60 days before your tour? You’ll get a 50% refund.

• Less than 30 days before your tour? Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund at that point.

To cancel, email us at lmmunipessoal@gmail.com. The cancellation date is based on when we receive your email.

Please note: If you don’t show up on the day of the tour, it will be treated as a non-refundable cancellation.
